Synopsis: In this laugh-out-loud romantic comedy, Frank (Trevor Lissauer, TV's Sabrina the Teenage Witch) is an angst-ridden, young man who desperately wants to marry his girlfriend, Darlene (Jill Crenshaw, Heaven Strewn), against the wishes of her imposing father (Michael Madsen, Kill Bill: Vol. 1, Donnie Brasco, Reservoir Dogs, Thelma & Louise).
When Frank inherits $10,000, he decides to propose ... Unfortunately, he spends it all to buy a ring from Ted (Brien Perry, ABC's General Hospital), a con artist with a slick pitch. Darlene's parents spot the diamond as a worthless fake and encourage her to break off the engagement.
To save his relationship, Frank sets out to confront Ted, get back his money and prove his love.
