Synopsis: Her parents having perished in a twister when she was just a young girl, Dr. April Saunders (Mimi Rogers) dedicates her life to developing more effective methods of tracking potentially dangerous storm systems. Dr. Saunders is traveling to Seattle with her daughter when she discovers a massive super-cell heading straight for the city. Her daughter caught in a dangerous twister, the daring meteorologist races to the rescue while attempting to alert Seattle to the approaching danger.
