Synopsis: A hip and stylish film shot in beautiful coastal Oregon, The Flats focuses on best friends Harper and Luke and the girl that comes between them. As Harper returns home to face trial that could land him in jail he decides to make the most of his remaining freedom. Harper finds unexpected comfort in Luke's beautiful girlfriend Paige.
